2. Subject matter
The Site provides information about Cervio, a platform for "Data and document management for people and AI" in the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) category. The Site allows users to request a product demo by completing the dedicated form (first name, last name, email, company), book a demo via Google Calendar, and contact the team via the email addresses indicated.
The Site does not currently offer paid services, public user accounts, visitor-only restricted areas, or transactional features. Such services will be governed by specific contractual terms when the Cervio platform is released.
3. Requirements for use
Use of the Site is free. To request a demo you must:
- Be at least 16 years old or, if younger, have consent from your parent or legal guardian.
- Provide truthful, complete data that you are legitimately entitled to share.
- Not use third-party data or email addresses without authorisation.
4. Demo request and booking
A demo can be requested in two ways: by completing the form on the Site or by booking a slot directly via Google Calendar (link available from the "Request/Book a demo" buttons). Booking via Google Calendar redirects the user to a third-party service (Google LLC) subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.
By submitting the form, the user asks to be contacted by Cervio to arrange a product demo. Submitting the request means you may receive communications concerning:
- Organising and conducting the requested demo.
- Follow-up strictly related to the request (materials, availability, quotes).
Requesting or booking a demo does not subscribe you to any newsletter. You may at any time ask not to be contacted further by writing to [email protected], at no cost.
5. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the Site in compliance with the law, in good faith, and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site.
- Carry out large-scale scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised security testing.
- Submit multiple, fraudulent requests or data belonging to third parties without authorisation.
- Compromise the availability or integrity of the Site (DoS attacks, injection, etc.).
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.
Cervio reserves the right to block access and remove registrations that violate these Terms, and to report matters to the competent authorities.
6. Intellectual property
